How can I return shoes?

Easy as pie! Stick the return label that you received with your order on the package and call the DHL Express customer service at 0844 248 0844. You can schedule a pickup for the return shipment from a location of your choice. 
 

Have you received my return?

It can take up to 5 days for your return to reach us. When we have received the shoes you returned, they have to be registered and then you will get a confirmation email from us. After that, your payment will be adjusted. 

I want to return shoes. What happens with the payment?

When we have received and registered your return, your payment will be corrected. The repayment can take 2-5 days, depending on which bank your account is with. If you want to know exactly when the money reaches your account, you can contact your bank. 


What is the difference between the cooling off period and the right to return at Footway?

Nothing at all. With us, you can change your mind about a purchase 30 days later, and still get your money back. This applies to both shoes at regular and discounted prices.

We of course abide by consumer rights legislation for distance sales which provides for a 14-day cooling-off period. But we would like to make it even easier for you to return a purchase. That’s why we have extended the cooling-off period to 30 days. This means that if  your new shoes don’t fit as perfectly as you hoped, you have a month to send them back to us. Keep in mind that the shoes must be unworn and you should only try them on indoors. We pay the shipping costs for the return delivery. With Footway’s extended cooling-off period, you don’t need to tell us if you wish to change your mind about the purchase – despite the requirement in the distance sales regulation. However, if you have time to let us know that the shoes are on their way back, this would of course be great. In this case, contact our lovely Customer Services, or send us this return form.


What happens with the payment if I change my mind?

If you change your mind, you don’t have to pay anything. As soon as the shoes arrive back to us, we will send you your money back. See more under I want to return my shoes. What happens about the payment?

Can I change my mind if the shoes have been used?

Yes, but we at Footway have the right to reduce the money we send back as a result of the decrease in the value of the shoes because the shoes have been worn. This means that it’s best to try the shoes on indoors before you decide whether you want to keep them!
